Inspecting Your Shipment
Upon arrival, open and inspect your shipment immediately. In the event of damage from shipping, retain all original packing materials and call the shipping company immediately. If you suspect that your shipment is incorrect or missing parts, please contact ExpoTrade Exhibits' Customer Service Department.
Products arriving damaged (visible or concealed) during shipping is considered a shipping issue, not a warranty issue. Claims must be made to the shipping company and our Customer Service Department must be notified within (3) three business days of receiving product. Customers who delay reporting damage will forfeit their right to replacement. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. Please be sure to sign for the package(s) as “damaged.” Upon receiving a return authorization (RA) number to return the damaged product, the return must be made to the original Manufacturer within (10) ten business days of receiving the RA number.
Return Authorization (RA)
Should you have a problem with one of our products during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department to determine the nature of the product failure and establish an adequate solution. If the product needs to be returned for repair or for any other reason, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon authorization to return the product, the return must be made to the original Manufacturer within (10) ten business days of receiving the RA number. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
Should a return of unused stock products be requested for any reason other than a warranty matter or damaged shipping, the products must be returned in new condition and in the original shipping container within (10) ten business days of the ship date. Credit will be issued, less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returned stock products are the customer's responsibility.
The following items are not returnable:
- Banner stands with printed graphics
- Modular exhibits/made-to-order displays
- Displays with printed graphics
- Custom exhibits
- Printed table covers/runners
- Printed graphics
Many items, such as made-to-order displays, displays with custom printed graphics or custom printed graphics are not eligible for the Stock Returns policy shown above. Cancellation of orders where work has commenced, including graphics prep work, labor and/or raw materials have been ordered will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase/sale price. Order cancellations must be made in writing.
