Upon acceptance of delivery, customer has three business days to report any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Seeand for additional information. If no shipping damage is reported within three business days, all future claims will be treated as a warranty claim and subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Manufacturer’s defects in material and/or workmanship on hardware and structural components only, and is only extended to the original owner. Products carry the warranty specified for that category. ExpoTrade Exhibits guarantees the quality and function of the products when used in the correct manner, as illustrated on each product's accompanying user instructions. The warranty guarantees repair or replacement when product failure is due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover general “wear and tear” or product failure due to incorrect use and/or failure to follow setup instructions, mistreatment, loss, theft, vandalism or unauthorized alteration. All accessories, including bags, lights and shipping cases, are subject to a warranty period specified by the manufacturer against Manufacturer’s defect in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period is specific to the product ordered. Warranty information for each product is located under “Warranty” on the Description tab on each product order page.
Return Authorization (RA)
Should you have a problem with one of our products during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department to determine the nature of the product failure and establish an adequate solution. If the product needs to be returned for repair or for any other reason, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon authorization to return the product, the return must be made to the original Manufacturer within 30 days of receiving the RA. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
In cases of a warranty dispute, the Manufacturer reserves the right of final judgment/decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response or solution.
