Coordinating all of your trade show booth services can be time-consuming and complex, especially when you’re unsure of everything your booth will need. That’s why we offer complete trade show services coordination – so you’re able to focus on the bigger picture of your event marketing program. We talk with you to determine everything that you’ll need for your booth space, and then we take it from there.
Shipping & Drayage – We research all available shipping options to find the best carrier for your specific needs and budget.
Installation & Dismantling – Our team ensures that your exhibit is set-up and dismantled correctly, on time, and as inexpensively as possible.
Show Services – No need to figure out how many outlets or Internet lines are needed – we do that for you. We order everything needed to bring your booth to life, including electrical, audio/visual, computer services, and phone.
Carpet, Furniture and A/V Equipment Rentals – Whether you need table and chairs for a conference area, sound equipment for a demonstration, or just a few stools for your booth staff, we coordinate rentals for as much or as little as you need.
Display Inspection and Repair – We can inspect your display after each show to ensure that it's in good shape, make repairs if necessary and get it ready for the next show.
Exhibit Storage – If you require storage of your exhibit between shows, we can warehouse your display at our main facility centrally located in Birmingham, AL or at our facility in Las Vegas, NV.
